It's a setting in your Pc which makes you change from English to Japanese so you can type in Jap.

Lemme think I needa remember How I did it...
Oh yeah
1) Go to Your Control Panel
2) Open your Regional, Language Options
3) Then "Click Change keyboards"
4) A menu should pop-up click "Change Keyboards" on the menu
5) Another Menu should pop-up called "Text Services and Input Languages"
6) Click the "Add..." button
7) Scroll down for Japanese and choose "Japanese IME"
8) Let it install
9) Once installed it should be added to the Language bar (Make sure you make the Language Bar Visible via. Language Bar TAB in "Text Services and Input Languages" menu)
10) Click on the "Default Language" (Usually English) and a Drop down menu should appear with Japanese as an Option.
11) Click the Icon next the the"Japanese Icon" and change it to "Japanese IME"
12) Click the icon "Input Mode" another Drop-down Menu should appear with the following Options: Hiragana, Full-width Katakana, Full-width Alphanumeric, Half-width Hiragana, Half-width Katakana, and Half-width Alphanumeric.
13) Choose your desired style and type.
