japanese settings but it's rather easy
control panel=>regional settings and then set everything to japanese and apply then a window should pop-up asking for the files to apply the changes this is where you add you downloaded files (whenever files are needed just add the ones you dl-ed)
then after everythings done a reboot is needed after that you should be able to set your unicode to japanese
