Correction a bit. Mokou, as mentioned in Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red .. "she might not necessarily be able to extinguish it".

The cause of why her hair changed still remain unknown until now, but (my assumption is) her hair changed because of Hourai Elixir's effect that she drank to obtain the immortality. Because as stated in article, she is actually gain "eternal youth" .. Therefore,
Changing hair color because of aging process = Not true.

Her hair is protected by paper charms as well, so, i think her fire power doesn't have anything to do with her hair's color.

Mm, true. I guess it's just ironic that her hair is the only part of her body that looks aged.



Basically, for the Vday idea, Each Touhou fan club member is assigned another member, (at random), and they must send that person a Vday confession letter. However, they would be writing the confession letter as if they were a Touhou character. Let's say for example: I was given you to write my Vday letter to. I decided to pick Yuyuko, so I would write you a love note, and told you I got you chocolates, but I ate them all. You would then have to figure out that Yuyuko was the one confessing to you. It might sound slighly complicated, but that's probably due to my long winded explanation.

I was also thinking that we could possibly do a "naughtiest fan-fiction/fan-art" contest as well, just for fun. And people could either write a naughty story or draw a naughty picture, and maybe, (doesn't have to be), someone can either donate a Touhou prize, or, people can chip in for one.

Just like that Secret Santa Event, i see.
Hahaha, actually .. it sound fun. We will reconsider the VDay Event idea, thank you.
Though i hope more people want to join this event. Because some might be too busy with their IRL stuffs.

Dunno about 11.520 youkai thingy, but at least that means we still have about 11000+ youkai to be TOUHOU-ified by ZUN.

About reproducing, I think it's never been specified. But, with half youkai-half human breed like Rinnosuke and Keine, we can safely assure that youkai reproduce in same/similar way with human.

And...there's men in touhouverse, but it seems ZUN just didn't want to draw 'em (except few like Rinnosuke/Unzan :3)

Yup, and I shall keep on thinking more ideas as well. And, it would be a small amount of participation, about a paragraph or two over a private message, so I think people can at least do that much. Plus, it's something to look forward to for those who don't have a Valentine.

And as for naughty, basically either a yuri or regular hentai story or picture. Futa I suppose is fine as well.



Ah, okay. I was wondering about the breeding. I guess males are around then. I was thinking that they were second class citizens or something because they haven't shown up, or that they don't have powers/only females do. But, I suppose it was just Zun being picky, is all.

Oh there is A LOT of data to be gathered still, but I feel I can dish out a first chapter or two this weekend. Most of what I need is so I can accurately introduce characters based on a specific situation. Of course, I'm not introducing the WHOLE cast at once (I'm still not certain I will be able to introduce the whole cast at all, to be honest), but I will take it slowly and steadily.

I will kindly need... a proofreader. Someone who is good with grammar and the English language (since English is not my main language) and someone who is able to criticize details or storyline flow that wouldn't really make sense... that kind of thing. I mean, I can easily skip all this and just dish out each chapter, receive reviews and feedback, then post a refined version later on, but I want to have a good base product straight from the start. You know what I mean? :3

Other things I'm debating are the whole clubs and relationships aspects. I can go canon, I can take some fanon aspects, I can simply come up with stuff... Yeah, there's a lot to be done. But hey, I got 40+ hours in the weekend, I'll be good. =] But please keep sending me ideas and REMEMBER, if you wanna be in the story, send me a simple outline of a character you wanna be personified as. 'kay?

Oh wow that reminds me of Triggerheart Exelica. I could totally get into to that.

One thing, though: the games show you the characters, the plots, a few of their backgrounds, and the whole danmaku and Gensokyo concepts. Everything else is either fanworks, doujin games, or other published material by ZUN (the creator). We got links to all that on the front page, so when you stop raging at the insanity you can pick those up on your free time and such.
