Civ 4 can actually be ran off of pretty inexpensive software. When I play it, it only takes up about 1GB of RAM, and uses up about 25% of my CPU. Max.
The thing is, they don't fight amongst themselves, because they are all REALLY friendly with each other. Christianity, and all that jazz.
Current desktop: Pentium 4 2.4Ghz + 1GB RAM + GeForce FX 5200. It has IDE drives. Oh the pretty ribbons.
Current laptop: Turion X2 2.1GHz + 4GB RAM + Radeon 3200. It can run Empire at the lowest settings, so it can probably run Civilzation too. The problem is the hard drive is pretty full. 20GB free and the desktop has most of my data on it. inb4 data hoarding.[/h]
Religion. It always gets in the way of world domination. There's an easy solution though, all the religious text in the world means nothing when a gun is at someones head. If they dissent your rule, they get a hole in their head. After enough holes are made the people will disperse. Since you are playing as ancient rome the hole should be replaced with "losing his/her head". Works great in games only in games sadly.[/h]

Wouldn't he have to, if he's to make it anything like a hell shooter?
He could just make it up as he goes.

The page with Koishi? I must have missed that one...
No, just tissues. If they bite me, they'll turn me, and when they turn me, I'MA GOING TO WEAR THOSE MARKS AS A TROPHY!! XD
It was the 3rd page in all white with chibi Koishi at the bottom.
If you get powers, base one of your spellcards on the holes.

I agree with you on those that can't be found, but I'd like to add Sakuya to that list. However, I think Cirno would be the easiest to find. That, and Patchouli and Kaguya.
Sakuya could decide to play ninja. If Remi played she might make her spot fairly obvious and lay trap for Reimu just to have some fun. Both of them would be hard to get.
Is Kaguya a fellow shut-in?
Patchy may just not play at all and go back to the library. Alternatively, she could make herself invisible and claim victory. Nitori too.
Where would Cirno be to make herself easy to find?
Its going to be at least as laggy as Soku

Given that her so-called-followers blatantly ignored her teachings and rules, such expression couldn't be helped; especially because the problems were revealed by her rivals. Talk about revealing your private parts in front of your opponents.
Better try to give WaHH a shot there. Just like what I said to Zandwarf : "It's worth your free time". Wiki only provides basic information and summaries, it's much better to judge via your own eyes and perception after seeing/reading and understanding the real deal.
How do you think she will discipline them? Why were those words in italics?
Will read it, shortly.

I doubt it since the outsiders (say, Marisa) refer to it as an old-fashioned place, even in Gensokyo's standard. Still, I'm very interested to see it thoroughly as well. Byakuren also, like what you said, acts too peaceful to not be planning something. I suppose she also has the desire like Kanako and Miko, but not as vocal as them in comparison. To support my assumption, look at the interview sections in Symposium, she was the most passive one.
To be fair, Byakuren is still (as Miko said) a nameless monk. So it's kinda expected for her to act 'hesitant'.
Gensokyo's standard is something like the 1800's in Earth's perspective right? So old-fashioned from that perspective is, really old. Compared to Kanako and Miko, Byakuren is a generic monk/magician so maybe she felt out of place in Symposium.
If I ever visited Gensokyo, Byakuren is someone I would want see quickly because she wouldn't try to kill me. That said, getting to the temple to see her would mean getting killed.

Or for a more realistic approach, Koishi owns in any hide-and-seek game, totally.
By wandering around randomly?
