Yep, that's right. Though I'd prefer if you think of your partner as your first rival, by constantly trying to better his/her score during the event that is. Aside from that one, you both should decide which team to use for the event. Make sure to not regret anything.

I would be fine with either Reimu/Yukari or Marisa/Alice. I, however, don't want to get stuck with Remi/Sakuya... and I haven't gotten good enough with Youmu/Yuyuko to use them yet.

Don't think of it like that. It's not like I demand you to deeply analyze a character's good points or any symbolism. Just try to befriend and have fun with your partner, competitively or not. That should be enough.

How about just skipping stage 4 entirely? Right now I always lose a life at best to stage 4 Reimu but everything else I can do without bombing or getting hit. Of course, as soon as I typed that I watched Marisa's stage 4 on youtube then tried it and went hit free.

Nice event name. I ordered a new Logitech keyboard and mouse set. A really cheap one. Its purpose is for this event and Touhou in general to give my desktop a dedicated keyboard and working mouse instead of plugging out the laptop one and using it. It will be used extensively for grazing writing reports and theses.

Question: Is there team scoring or individual scoring or both? How are team scored calculated?
Question: If scoring is done via high score screenshot will only pictures showing scores dated as dates within the event be counted?
Question: Whats the reward?
Question: Can there be a stipulation that if Jenkins is not 1st place in either round he has to cosplay as Chen and post pics for us?
