I'm the youngest person in my work by far. Also only a small amount actually speak to me.

I'll tell you this at least, a few years back I would never think I would have any at all, but then when I about 14 someone took a like to me and I didn't really have a thing for her, but after some time I fell for her. I may have lost her after some time, but I found someone at least that made me happy for sometime. And do to me having that one person in my life I knew I could have someone back in my life after some time, that got me to having a boyfriend after about 9 months, he told me he had a thing for me so some time, so I want out with him for a bit.

Love has it's up and downs, but when you find someone you don't want to ever let go of them.

If you already talk to them and they shrugge'd you off, then fuck them. Just talk to older people, they're really chill and cool. They can hold a conversation well, and you can ask your female coworker's for advice and they will be more than happy enough to tell you what they know. Just stay away from the crazy one's. Meh... Love is nice but I don't think you should beat yourself up about not having an SO. I'm definitely in the ideal of "love yourself before you love someone else"; if you can't love yourself how can you expect anyone else to do so? Like who you are--enjoy your own company--before anything else.
