I started recently all ive played as is ashe and garen

Maybe I should try LoL out this week end. If yesterday was any indication, I better pick up something else to do. Is the learning curve steep?

Mmm... Ashe is really good for DPS, and her chasing ability is quite good. Haven't heard much about Garen, how does he play?

@ Maho: It's fairly easy to learn, if you've played DotA or HoN you should be fine. You just need to find a guy/role you like and then look up a guide for said character. Then you're set. Cuz the thing is that you need to know what you're doing, more or less. Guides will help you on the path to greatness (and ownage xD).

ive only played him for a couple games and even then i was playing with lvl 30 friends so i was getting owned i couldnt really give you response to that question :/ sorry

@ Cal: OMFG I just realized, Calus! Long time no see ^^ xDDDD And you're level 30 in LoL? =O And np, but I've heard Garen is so-so, heard he's not that great of a tanky DPS.

DotA and HoN sound like I should know them, but I have such a poor memory.. what are the long hand names?

Rofl yes long time :P no im not 30 my friends are so i end up getting in a high bracket when i play with them how have you been?

@Maholix heroes of newearth? and defense of the ancients

@ Maho: DotA = Defense of the Ancients, Warcraft 3 Map. HoN = Heroes of Newearth, pay-to-play and it has Starcraft 2 graphics, which in my mind does not match up to a DotA-esque game.

@ Calus: I've been well, busy but well, can't complain ^^ And I would suggest playing random matches but then again they're highly disorganized, imo I think your way is more spartan learning but much better *Nods*

Ashe: worst build for enemies is Attack Speed/crit.

@ Melf: WB ^^ And yeah, AS/Crit Ashe is fearsome, but a good gank will squash her flat >=D I usually go AS/AD/Bloodthirster, then no one can kill me when I play her >=D Well, unless I get ganked, naturally.

Ah okay! Yeah, never played those. I remember now. I used to know someone who would talk about HoN, but that was awhile ago, so it's no help to me.. guess I'll have a lot to learn. lol

@ Maho: Well, it has a tutorial so it's more or less straightforward, if you get into I'll send you links for guides and info, and you can also pm me if you need advice. ^^
