I just realized... that isn't her real name.

Hey Art... would it be categorized under the rule where if you don't post the real name, you can have your waifu taken from you? (I remember there was a similar convo earlier about someone else, but I don't remember the verdict...)

It was about Mel and I over Celestia Ludenberck.

It was ruled in my favour, since her real name is a spoiler that I was not aware of- but such similar cases may prove differently in future games.

As Jacky said, you can try to contest it, but if they have a logical reason for them to not use one name over the other, their claim may still be considered valid. It's somewhat situational to the original work the character is from, but you can always try. Just make a claim and the original claimer can contest it how they see fit.

It's up to art as to whether or not the reasons presented are grounds to invalidate a claim or not.

Well, the true reason why I asked is because if someone else wanted her. I'm perfectly fine in my mecha suit with my five waifus.

I will say it could be argued either way that her true name is a spoiler and not a spoiler, since they just continue using Koneko even after they learn her real name (in the manga).

You and the first claimer would have to go over that if end up wanting to take her (do note, however, that you pointing the name thing out in this thread could allow them to edit their claim making you lose the chance of you pseudo NTRing her).

You'd also have to divorce a claim and wait a few days before you could use that slot for her.

I'm fine. Just asking if it applied to that rule about true names.

About the true name rule, I wanna ask, what if the true name of a character is how a different character in the same title is called? I claimed someone using the name she is commonly identified as in the title, but she has a true name which she is almost never called as, and there is another character which is called with that name but in fact has some other true name.

Just asking in case someone wants to claim Cloche but then someone else pulls one over him by claiming her with Reika Truelywaath instead...

In any case, I edited my post with Luca's true name, just in the extremely unlikely case someone wants to pull one over me. I can add her hymn code if necessary too.

If you know and can explain the reasoning behind it, then feel free to put it in a spoiler. How things are going now though, you can claim with their main name if you wish, if they go by that moniker more than their real one.

God, this makes me realize Revenge would be a bitch of a series to claim from...
