All your points are things that I had no control over.
-I don't control the internet, making me unable to start the game or alert you of the situation.
-Thread not stickied because I'm not a mod.
-Maintenance Page will plague everybody.
-I can't control other peoples' emotions.
Far as I'm concerned, the biggest detriment to the enjoyment of this game is the lack of participation- side effect of overall diminished forum activity.
Quit blaming me for things I have no power over. Being in charge of the Waifu Game hasn't made me a living deity.
And because you're being such a jerk, no- you are not on the list of candidates to run it once I retire.
Just about the only bit of constructive criticism I've gotten from you is to reinstate a post count requirement.
I've altered that to affect post count as a rewards program: More activity (or seniority, for years on board) equates to more waifus.
Everyone gets to play, but older and more active members get more out of it- what's the problem here?
Anything short of being hospitalized or saving the President's daughter seems like bs. There's a difference between not having access to the internet at all, and not have your home connection working.
Also you can tell a mod. One of the threads was clearly stickied. There have past games where the game has been locked. Again, you're not fully responsible, but it was your responsibility to make sure things were at least "normal".
And you can control how the game is ran. No one's asking you to be a "deity". Most of the gripes could've been fixed with you just asking someone to sticky and lock things well in advance.

Cool, be petty. While you're at it, invalidate my claim and ban me from my participating. If you can't handle being told to take care of most things in advance, I shouldn't bother.
