Conversing with someone about guitars comparing the new Jackson that arrived into work and the new Schecter Damien Platinum. I'm turning into a heretic dissing my Schecter roots for the Jackson, however both guitars are the same price, come with the same pickups, the only difference is the Damien has a Floyd Rose. Which in my opinion doesn't make it better, FR's are more of a hassle when it comes to string replacement. The Jackson is strung through the body which gives it more sustain and resonance. I say the new Jackson wins, especially for the price. The neck action is SUPERB.

He said he might go to the doc tomorrow, if not tomorrow then Thursday for sure. I'm going with him because in his condition he shouldn't be driving .... T_____T
