Building my shopping list for next Friday, I'm planning to go on a sort of "detox" kind of diet where I eat a lot of salad with low-fat balsamic vinigrette(sp?), green oolong and rooibos teas, lean chicken and turkey for protein, for breakfast something like low-fat oatmeal, and I've been craving strawberries so those too. Etc, etc, etc. I'm pretty damn lean but I want to kick it into overdrive so I can look damn sexy in a bikini ;) :P
