you kind of just proved my point. Not every one replies to each answer on their thread. So it makes you seem like your really talkative. But its a good thing. Its easier to make friends that way

Maybe I will do the same and serve NS while studying part-time, so that I gain something out of that 2 years while my life is effectively in limbo lol.

But I would hate to be a clerk in Tekong though. Are you even allowed to go home everyday like a normal full-time NSman clerk?


I see. But do bear in mind that CMPB (Central Manpower Base) determines what job you land in. And you are right. Clerks in training camps don't get to go back on days that have training which is usually the weekdays. PES C, that's also 2 months training. You may have to go to field camp. Not as long as those in PES A / B, and not as terrible.

I visited Japan twice, but I was like 8 or 10 years old back then, when I had no interest in japanese culture whatsoever. All I did was play those DBZ Trading Card Game/Arcade games, where you swipe various character cards in a machine and watch them bash each other. Sucks right?
