For the question asked , it is the exact same thing if you were asking : are you a transexual ? And this doesn't lead to a discussion and so does not belong here .
I'm saying it's the same thing because if they think 2 minutes abouth it , no one (except a transexual) would answer yes to this question . The proof is the surgery already exist still if someone say yes you just have to ask him then why don't you do it ? And they will answer that in the end they don't really want to .
