If i were to become a woman then the way I gain weight would differ from the way I would gain weight if I was a man. I don't think they could simulate the estrogen production and allow the breasts to grow naturally after the surgery. If I was going to get surgery to become a woman I would want the end result to be indistinguishable from a natural woman. I don't think thats possible. if it is. then I need to make some coin fast.

I can assure you that it's true , i'm kind of a transgender (which mean that i don't identify myself to the sexe that i was born with) and i done a lot of researched on it . I even had a transexual guy with who i worked at my job that i saw during 2 years of transformation . I knew him as a guy ,and left my job he was a woman so i learned a lot from her .

No, it doesn't. No amount of mutilation will make a man a woman. We cannot synthetically create a uterus/fallopian tubes/ovaries. So no, it doesn't exist, and everyone is the sex they're going to be for the rest of their life.

You can undergo some cosmetic surgery to create the illusion [appearance] of being another sex, but there is no complete [genuine] sexual reassignment technology available.

You are correct there is no way to create the uterus/fallopian tubes/ovaries, but I have heard that there is a way to transplant the organs into a male body. don't kill me if I'm wrong DX I only heard it once. Personally if there was a way to turn back I would definitely want to become a women for obvious reasons if know what I mean :). it'd be a cool experience, but only if I could change back. It is true that you cannot recreate ovaries (right now) but this is not what makes you a woman . I can tell you that except for this particular thing , there is absolutly no way to tell that a transexual was once a man ...
