Well, the second provides more emotion, which will always get you hotter, but the former gets you through the doujin faster. I'm tempted to say less reading is better, but thats not always true. The problem is that i understand what motto means, which allows me to get through it.

Honestly, I'd prefer just about anything to "FUCK ME HARDER WITH YOUR HUGE COCK!" because it reminds me of crappy live-action porn videos. But if I saw "AAAHN~MOTTO!", I'd think it was a typo or something, because like's been said, that's not translating. I should have thought of that when I made my post, but I was busy trying to fight away the sound of Sasha Grey. (She screams way too much in her videos. And she wants to be a real actress?) My vote for the first option wasn't so much an endorsement of the half-translation as it was a condemnation of the second option.
As it's been said, no good translator would use the second translation, it being such a departure from what's actually being said, but no good translator would use the first one either, since it's half-assed work. So, where does that leave us?

What are we looking at here?
In speech bubbles, I usually prefer full english. Some exceptions go with technique names (Kagebunshin no jutsu is a horrible example, but sounds better than what they've been running around screaming), group names (Dai-Gurren-Dan), and names of people (sometimes -san, -sama, etc.).
I honestly prefer for translators to leave the japanese text if it's part of a picture, like some sound effects. When it's the dominant part of the picture, or illustrates the action, I say leave it in with an asterisk to denote meaning.
It's not because I get a kick out of understanding bits, it's because removing bits like this steal some meaning from the story, make things feel more kid-oriented, or destroy the artwork.
