Damn those products slapping on random shit about losing weight without exercising, look slimmer and all that lunacy. I would rather run 30 km a week (not in just one day though) Then after like 2-4 weeks I would be healthier,stronger and thinner. Because if you don't exercise and depend on these fucked up products. You will get thin but not strong, and it takes a long time to get the desired effect of the product, after spending tons of money you still won't get better results than exercising!
exercise is better, it's free (gym? fuck that I have a road to run on) fun, and you'll feel better about yourself. So america go out there and exercise!!
If you exercise and don't eat healthy, you'll still look unhealthy or overweight. You will be stronger and have more endurance but you wont look much better naked.
