Best Type of Weapon

well u gotta tell me where that is from...

If we're talking about swords, then,
I use a hand-and-a-half sword because it gives me the freedom to hold a shield when I want to, but i can still switch to two hands if in the situation I don't have a shield. I like it to be of medium length, so I can swing it in corridors, and with a medieval 2-sided blade (i find the one-sided Katana impractical)

Oh damn, I think I just went on this weird assassin tangent, of course its novice style because that's all one can reveal. Although, all the weapons I recommended are great. If you are careful and actually think about this method, of course my description was extremely sloppy, it might work out pretty well. No one follows shit by the books, or in this case "instructions." I really need to stop or else I might start to sound like some kind of fucking psychopath and get picked up off the street violently by "people who wanna get me to the doctor."

Ceramic knives are effective in this day and age, what with metal detectors. And knives are concealed weapons by nature.

If there's a realistic weapon featured in a video game that I would like to have, it'd be the Terran weapons from Starcraft: the Gauss C14 Impaler rifle. And of course Halo 3 weapons: AR, BR, Halo 1 M6D pistol, Halo 1 shotgun, as well as the Covenant weapons.

I don't care about Practicality! AS I SAID,"anythings Fine as long as IT KILLS!" and If Ever I'd want to KILL someone, I can use a flamethrower to BURN THE LIVING HELL OUTTA HIM!!!

You can beat someone with a flamethrower with knives.
Not a very impressive 1on1 weapon.

I'll just have to dismember both hands of whoever my enemy is with a CHAINSAW before I move on to the FIERY FINISH!

@hermitVI: I agree with your choice of the Mauser. Though it packs a kick in recoil, it's a pretty useful pistol with great penetration power.

You know, at that point, the burning only serves to get rid of the evidence.
Also, considering how unwieldy chainsaws are, you would still lose to a person with knives.
Or any other weapon.
Or no weapons at all.

Why are you so vigorous in saying that my weapon of choice will lose to someone who only has a mere knife?!
It's not like I'm going to face my opponent/s head on without thinking, carrying such Heavy weapons all at the same time!
I still prefer killing someone from a distance without the target knowing what HIT 'im!
I'm not really a fan of torture, I'm just hypothetically saying that if, "IF" I'd KILL somebody, I'll make sure that THAT SOMEBODY will taste HELL on EARTH and SUFFER EXCRUCIATING PAIN upon DYING! (I must really HATE that Person for me to DO something like that) I'm not even implying that there's gonna be a fight..so please don't force your "Knife" idea to me.

I accept the fact that I can Lose to someone with knives in a 1on1 fight (nobody could really tell what can happen in the battlefield) so I'll end it at that. I hope you understand my point now.

I'll go with a gun over a knife at any given day!!
