it would be nice to know the graphics-card and the cpu.
everything else in the computer don't take that much power.
but after reading your awnsers i think i have found the problem... the psu is probably to weak to power your system.(but i can't say that for certain untill you post your specs)
that problem could be solved in ways:
-underclock the cpu. and the graphics-card(gpu). and lower each volt in the bios.
-buy a stronger psu(at least 400watt)
-unplugg the things you don't need inside the computer.extra fans, memory readers, dvd/cd players and all the things outside the computer that you don't need.(weird usb devices)
