Caliburn from Fate/ Stay Night

i was looking on the net for some swords and i found what looks like Caliburn on a website, just thought it was pretty cool so i decided to post it. On the same site i found the Red Queen from DMC 4 it looks cool, i want that too... now i'm babbling someone stop me... anyway here's the link to the site for Caliburn, they have a lot of cool stuff.

Yea, cool, except in F/SN that sword is Excalibur, not Caliburn. Besides, isn't that plagiarism? Since they don't even mention that it's from F/SN.

Excalibur is not a short sword. What the hell are they saying?



So what's the legal stance on this?

They are actually one in the same. Caliburn is Excalibur just that Caliburn is a Noble Phantasm sword. You see caliburn first in Fate/Stay Night when Shirou, Saber and Rin are fighting Berserker.

No? Caliburn is The Sword in the Stone, Excalibur is another sword that Arthur gets after he (or she) is crowned. I think they even say it in F/SN.

I checked the game before i posted, under weapons in the extras menu the game says it's caliburn, In the game it says that Caliburn and Excaliber are two different swords, That Caliburn was the sword that broke when King Arther went against the principles of chivalry.... and so on and so forth check out the description in the game. kind of a long reply but it says it all in the game.

As far as the sword linked in the first post it's 19 bucks and therefore I am extremely doubting that it is of any kind of quality. I know it's not sharpened as it says but 19 bucks for that sword? I'm surprised it doesn't say some assembly required.

Check the sheath, that is for Excalibur.

It looks kinda plastic -_- Doubt that it is anything worth it's price.

And why don't you order it, holic? A real Saber sword! I can even Hear you drooling over it.

My Saber poster was more expensive then that cheap knock off. Now had the link gone to a longer sword that was explained in greater detail as well as more pics then we would be talking. Also I would expect the price of a good sword that is of high quality to be at least $100.

i would get it if it was longer... 17 inch blade just doesn't cut it you know... either way English swords aren't really my style, maybe if it was longer.

Any sword made out of 440 stainless steel is a PILE OF SHIT.

Yea, it's made into replicas and display-only swords, cause if you'd try to cut anything with it, it would break since it's too fragile and brittle.

hey is a sword made out of 1060 High Carbon Steel considered good?

um.. you can actually see that thing but i think gram would be more fun simple design
