You explode at the wrong thing. Main point being: The Sword in the Stone (at least called Caliburn in the VN) is not the same as Excalibur which is given by the Lady of the Lake (or Fairy, it's w/e, that was the translation in the VN) together with the sheath that grants immortality to the bearer.
Conclusion: You just repeated what I said.

caliburn is not equal to excalibur like alot of people stated >>;
look at the figurines, you will see 2 sets of swords, 1 (The skinnier one) is called Caliburn, while the other (the fatter one) is excalibur
