DBZ Live Action Movie

I might watch this for the lolz, but it doesn't erase the fact that this movie is epic fail. And so was that Gundam live-action shit too.

No, I watched clips of it, not the whole thing. Suffice to say, it was enough to make me retch.

The sad thing is that I'm probably gonna end up watching this thing the first day is released. It's probably gonna be so bad it's good.

why the hell does it feel like theres an urban mix added into it?

I'm not exactly sure if it feels "urban," but it does seem like every action movie cliche has been thrown in.

the setting. i see cars, weird motorcycles, and modern day buildings though the setting of Dragon Ball was not anything like that.

I think I get what you're talking about.

It's like the motorcycle in the trailer. In the original Dragon Ball, they had capsules, and they would just *POOF* and appear, but in this movie, the stuff transforms for the sake of looking cool.

Wait, that's not what you're talking about, is it? Are you talking about how in Dragon Ball, the cities looked futuristic, but in this movie, it looks like a modern day city? If so, I agree that it's a bummer, but this movie is supposed to take place in our world, I think. It's stupid, but that's the way it is.

Also, what the hell is up with the name of this movie? Dragonball: Evolution. Adding "Evolution" is supposed to mean something? What the fuck ever.

Chow Yun-Fat was only in Bulletproof Monk, but I was referring to the near identical plot premise: White guy likes/knows martial arts. White guy meets Asian old guy through fated chance. Training ensues. There's bad guys, so we gotta take em down. Skirmishes ensue. Final battle. Shit's all well and good at the end.

That made me want to puke. I hate Fox and anyone who had a part in the things plot or story or script. They are all massive idoits and they have ruined any chance this movie had of being good.

Imagine DBZ fan and otaku rage from all around the world... boycotting and rioting could be least they could try.

Remember folks Hollywood anything they think is epic in Japan they think it will be epic from their point of view which about 99.9% of the time.

Quoted for epic truth. This movie looks like it sucks ass. It's nothing like DBZ.
