I like a lot of those sketches, particularly this one. I would suggest resizing the images when you upload them.

Thanks again for the comments! and yeah, they're a little big, the thing is that i scanned and uploaded them yesterday night and it was late.. and i'm a lazy ass so i left them as they were scanned, but by tomorrow (cause now it's too late at night and i just got from work :cry:) i'll be resizing them... and here you have 2 more.


I just noticed that the girl who's showing her charms has one boob a little smaller than the other :?

And about that realistic sketch, i was trying to draw a picture of Aki Hoshino.. i should keep on with that, i have thounsands of pictures of many japanese models.

Forgot to tell you, I personally like that artwork and more pic post which is nice. About that boobs, since its a sketch I'm sure you can repair the mistake.

Dang everyone's art kicks my art's ass. Dang as I've said before I need to get much better if I wanna hang with the big boys.

I'm sure you can do it if you have the patience and the will. Actually I'm interested in seeing your work. I've read in the other post the you aspire to become a manga artist. Wishing you luck on your journey of becoming a good artist. :)

As Temcor said you do need lots of patience, and we all learn at different rates... i draw since i was like 4 or 5 years old (cars and buildings mostly) and that means that i have been drawing for 20 years, but just whenever i felt like to draw, and there's people that practice for 6 years every day and they kick everyone's ass so i think that it is mostly a matter of dedication, so keep on practicing! same for everyone and for myself (mostly :? )

Thanks! and don't be ashamed of showing your sketchs, i wasn't going to show my sketchs either, but i did cause everyone was posting anything they did showing theyre progress, so i've posted all these old sketchs (i have some even older ones, that i may scan...) and let me tell you that you draw a lot better than some doujinshi circles i've seen around...

I has a tabletz! :D. I just hope to find time to use it. I tryed it by giving this pic some super fast colouring and a quick sketch, it's realy amazing how naturaly you can handle this thing! and you can get some very interesting strokes.

Heh. Was that intentional, or did you just think to yourself, "Damn, I'm too lazy to draw all those blades of grass popping up where her body meets the ground."? I fall victim to the latter on occasion.

Wow, that's some really awesome work, man. I'm still not adept to drawing women. *guess he's used to men's rough shapes and muscle details*

Ah you coloured the picture I liked, though it looks like you are using colouring pencils to colour it.

Also I was wondering what software are you using with your tablet?

Out of curiosity Mundstock, what tablet did you get? I've been meaning to get one eventually and I like what yours has produced.

Yeah, i'm to damn lazy... and yes i noticed that after i'd done the whole thing, anyway it was just to try out the tablet..

Be pacient, you'll get to it, but as i'm not pacient as soon as i got my pay check, i bought it.. so no more buying 'till next month... oh, for that little painting i used SAI (english version) with the crayon tool, and as you see it realy looks like it had been painted using crayons, and i've redrawn every line using the pen tool (this was used also for that sketchie)



I got a Wacom, model Bamboo Fun, size 8.5"x5.3" (medium).. I haven't used that much yet, but let me tell you that you get used to it realy fast, this things are not like a mouse, each point of the active area matches that same point on the screen. I tell you, it was just like drawing on paper, and a realy cool detail is that this tablets are preasure sensitive, in that coloured sketch those little blades of grass were posible because of this (as an example)
