I swan about 3 miles a week over the summer and I'd like to up that a lot. Maybe do what Bushido is doing. Swimming everyday would be ideal. A couple miles a day as well.
Swimming in the water is really good for getting into shape. It tones most of your body very nicely. Bicycling at the bottom of a public pool = win.
