30 pushups every morning and every time before I go to sleep.
At least thats daily, but I run about 2~3 miles on a treadmill every other day or every 3 days. Cant really run outside where Im at, there are too many people shooting BB's at me and if I get hit in the eye Im out of the Navy for good.
Does this work? I tried to run on a treadmill with some light muscle building thrown in, but all that happened is my muscle burned off during my cardio. I beat myself up in other words.
