bleh seeing as we all speak english (for the most part) planning this for the United states or Canada would probably be our best call; I believe the majority of our forum user base is American.I agree since it would save me lots of money if it were in states or Canada. XD $3000 seems like a lot of money... I mean it's worth it, but with college and shit, not happening soon... There are anime/manga conventions here so...
