I pretty much have to before I go to sleep (unless I'm EXTREMELY tired) because it tires me out enough to want to sleep. Or if I can't sleep and get bored then I'll do it and get tired afterwards.

Fapping is a great 20min pass time and its great for sleep but you get that feeling of being tired in the morning. Sex is much better but sex only happens if both of them want it, If not then its rape lol /ridicule.

I'm not sure. I never noticed such a thing and not like I often fap before going to bed. After fapping, my perverted mind went offline, which is not good because when I sleep I often imagine perverted stuff that makes me sleep in no time.
