I don't think it would be much successful. Her personality aside, I think she is a rather average magus (Note that I haven't seen the endings of UBW and the Heaven's Feel arc yet.) and just her jewel magic wouldn't be sufficient to be a good servant.

Shirou, on the other hand, has his awesome projection magic which can kick incredibly much ass, making him a strong Archer. The 'real' Caster has divine language abilities and posesses magic of ancient times, being able to mess even with Saber's complete magic resistance. Rin, on the other side, would simply go down when facing such resistance.

Ah, I was about to retaliate, but then you mentioned that. Well, I think you'll change your mind about Tohsaka being 'Average' once you play, see and end 'UBW', 'Heavens Feel' and Fate/Hollow Ataraxia

she will be an extremely strong Servant since she has learned powerful magic. aside from that,her Noble Phantasm seems quite basic though.. Fragrach and Dagger of Azoth is an Anti Unit type,which means it can only be used only for one target (Dagger of Azoth may works like Rule Breaker,but has different effect).
