The "does this a lot" part does make me feel a little wary. Like what others have mentioned, she may not necessarily be cheating on her boyfriend, especially if they already have some agreement in the first place. I believe I am a somewhat possessive person, so I wouldn't like sharing my girlfriend with anyone else.
At the end of the day, it boils down to how comfortable you are with the situation, though your "WTF" reaction may suggest otherwise.

The thing about prostitutes is pretty bad as well. They're mind-broken because of their situation. It's relatively rare that normal people become street-walking whores. It's a symptom of a fucked up life, not a display of a love of sex or a lack of respect for what it's supposed to mean.
