Groping in crowded areas

Seriously, though its a fetish or hobby, what will you get in doing that? Just a moment of heaven? and a direct head on with the molested and in the train police outpost... Well thats the big thing in crowded places such as trains or buses someone gets molested.... even extreme people do it in a train full of people.... but the law is desperately trying to quell it by several means such as segregation of gender in commute vehicles or etc. but it is still too ineffective to stop them....
