I've never touched drugs, and I don't understand why people take drugs either.

They do nothing but harm for your body.

no the way I see it is like a waste of money, money I could be using for a million other things which are more productive, better, idk. Its pretty much the only reason I don't do drugs, well that and jail. I can see the question would you do them if they were free? and no I would not for the simple reason that they cause an addiction and they're not gunna be free next time. that's why i don't even smoke cigarettes never even tried one.

but I'm surprised by how alot of you guys think an there seem to be alot of misunderstandings of what the effect of drugs can to you, particularly weed.

I grew up my whole life anti-drug an in my junior year of high school I realized I had been hating on people who smoked for no real reason an yeah I heard things. I'm sure you've all seen those cheesy high school antidrug videos that try to relate to you and why you shouldnt smoke and how it ruins your life but I came to the conclusion that you cant hate it if you dont understand it. An being a person that never saw anything bad from it decided "eh I'll give it a go." So I ended up eating some hash brownies with a friend for the first time way back. We had a blast an lots of great memories followed.

An man being high is not even one third as bad for you as the general media makes it out to be. It's been three years I still smoke MJ from time to time (an drink) still I'm as healthy as ever (I do a light workout everyday) I'm a A/B student in collage and have healthy relationships with my family and friends. I've never found myself spending all my money on drugs or needing drugs to have fun. Its just something to do and as long as your responsible it's not bad for you.

Really anything can be bad for you its just what you make it.
I mean World of Warcraft kills more people than marijuana... Seriously

Haha there are no official stats but I've read a few and seen some news clips about some hardcore WOW players that just couldent get away from the screen an died for different reasons or kids who killed themselves for getting it taken away from parents. I dont know if there all 100% true but on marijuana's side I've never seen or read anything about a overdose of marijuana or a death that was the result of smoking pot. Also its impossible to overdoes on Marijuana sssooooo

Yeah I mean my whole point was just anything can be bad for you if you take it to a extreme.

Even these studies on the link you posted about long term effects dont have any sure evidence about cannabis being the cause of anything. If you read the article it even states that cannabis may also protect against cancer. No one really knows despite all the studies.

But I mean in the end its just up to you I would never force someone to smoke pot or say you should smoke pot. I just think its kinda funny how people make it sound so much worse than it really is just kinda wanted to shed some light with my experience with it you know?
