Wow. Who knew my paranoia would result in such a response. I'd argue against you but don't feel motivated to. Firstly because of the attitude of your reply and secondly because I don't think it'll be worth it. I said it was a theory. Didn't expect someone to go off.

Job recruiters give tips like erasing all the junk off your myspace or facebook when job hunting. Potential employers WILL look at them in order to better understand you. If you have anything that could be deemed negative then they won't hire you.
If potential employers are doing this then it is no stretch to think your current ones are doing this as well.
Moral of the story, keep your personal life off the internet.
Edit: Or at least make sure nobody can track it back to you IRL.

This reminded me of the time my senior class went on a class field trip to the Exploratorium, a good 3/10s of them ditched to go to the beach near by, took pics, posted on Facebook, and forgot one of the teachers was on their friends list. Oh man that time gave me a good lol for a week.

With that said, and back on topic, if you are stupid enough to add your boss/coworkers on FB/MS you must also be smart enough to understand they know what you put down on there. Thus why I don't use FB/MS. I keep my personal life personal and my work life work.

Just might to have clear things up, I was neither attacking you, talking directly about your paranoia or "going off" in any way, I just wrote my mind on the whole matter after reading all that stuff you quoted earlier. I thought it might just give you some ideas to your paranoia while I'm at it, so it would be fine.
