At least once a day, for a very long time it was twice a day but now it's once a day during the week, with maybe a second one if I have a wank at work on my lunch break and twice on Friday and the Weekends. Both at night for that extra long night of fun and porn.

Sometimes I go days without masturbating. When I do it's usually just once, I think i've masturbated up to 3 times in one day before though. Averaging it out I guess would probably be a little less than 1 a day.

Generally twice a day or so, but I have days where I do 4+ and then some moments where I won't for a week or more.
