Is love worth it?

Depends on the type of love. 9 times out of 10, though, the answer is 'yes'.

I would say no, but there are some love needing people out there. For them it's worth it. ^^

I think some is kind of an understatement. Asking if love is worth it is kinda like asking if watching a movie is worth it. I mean yeah sure if you don't see the movie you'll have all that time to do other things and you won't be disappointed if the movie sucks but you could be missing out on a great thing and in the end can you really say with 100% surety that you had better things to do with your time?

Being loved and loving someone can be two entirely different matters. I would say being loved is definitely worth it, making the world seem like a beautiful place. On the other hand, if one were to love another without his/her feelings being reciprocated, it can be quite terrible emotionally.

Personally I believe it to be totally worth it no matter what. You can't have the sweet without the sour in life, and the sad moments in regards to love make the great moments that much more distinct and well...great.

it is wonderful to love and to be loved.
we might hate each other at times,but i think no one could stand being hated all the time,or hate all the time.
so my answer is yes.

its worth it, think about how important it is.... 'make love not war', 'love is all you need', 'it's better to have loved and lost....' you catch my drift. Sometimes its a leap of faith but to love or be loved unconditionally is one of the best aspects of being human [not that i've been another animal to my knowledge..]

love.. well it is only worth it if you find the one you truly do love i mean at the moment ive been on a search for love for the past 3/4 yrs ... still no result *sigh* :(

love is worth its just a double edged sword...

*sigh* i suppose i could be worth continuing to look but i've jus kinda gave up it's easy enough to say give it time but there is only so much time i can spare

It's the down parts of love that make the good parts feel so much better though. You would have nothing to compare it to otherwise.

True love's worth it, i'd say, but u'll never be sure if it's true so...

depends on your feelings for the one u love, if u're willing to go along with it, don't hesitate.

jus thinkin about this how do you define "true love" i know that if you do find it you will know but is it actually possible to know what to look for?

From personal experience, I can say that love IS "worth it" but if you feel real deeply for that person...... If they leave you it will be the worst possible feeling in the world........ for me it was, at first a sharp stabbing pain in the back of my neck, followed by nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach..... but no diahrreah....
