Ok then! for the meantime, its better if your going to start the draft. For the
plan lets start with this preparation :

1. genre : [ are we planning to make a manga or doujinshi ]
2. length of story : one shot manga or the chapter type
3. Time frame : for chapters, weekly or monthly
4. Number of pages : for chapters, 10-15 is really enough [ 8 is normal ]
5. Story & Plot : you can create this or ask someone to create a story

for the meantime, lets solve all the preparations ;]

It's a doujinshi if it's not published by a major corporation, so by default it's doujinshi.

Second, we should stick with a One shot for starters and see how people like it. Then continue it from there.

I can also help a bit if you guys want. I am by nature an English buff.....not something I am 100% proud of but unless its intentional I never incorrectly spell a word. its not much but if I can help I would like to I am a programmer not an artist so can't help out with that bit too much.

hey nice idea there link!! Why not? After all we already have several artist
who can help but i would prefer that we choose 1 manga artist per story so
that we can maintain the consistency of each drawings.
