Since the idea was originally Spawned in Kaho's thread, I'd say it should be his Job, or at least he could decide who would do it if he didn't want to.

hmmm for the meantime and being simple, I would prefer that the name must
be dedicated somehow to this site after all. I think its a great oppurtunity
to thanks Jacob, since his running this site for free! and also if not because
of this site, for sure we're not be able to meet each other ;] too sentimental
but its true after all.
