No one can deny that, like it or not. For as long as I can remember, I've been hearing about the problems with veal. Baby cows are put in small crate type containers, restricting their movement in order to "specially prepare" the meat of their bodies for the inevitable brutal slaughtering and distribution so that rich assholes can enjoy consuming dead, tortured, baby cows. The operative word being dead. Sure the calves lived a terrible life, but people are paying extra for it and as long as they are enjoying it, does that not give some significance to the horrible conditions of their food's life.

Necro-post but I had to say this.
I am currently watching 30 Days, a show about spending 30 days in another persons shoes. This episode its about a hunter wondering about a vegan's way of thinking and life.
Anyway, I was completely horrified by these vegans. They are the worst people I have ever seen. They had the guy dress up as a chicken and another person as colonel sander. Guess what the skit did...They had the chicken hold 2 knives, chase around colonel sanders, then hang him by his feet then slice him(with fake blood pouring out) I was completely shocked. Such violent ways, I thought vegans were peace loving, yet they go and do this shit? What the hell?
Also, when one of the vegans were talking with the the guy doing the 30 days, I clearly heard the guy say he'd save a her then his own dog. Guess what the Vegan says. "You'd save me, a stranger over your family a dog?" WHAT THE HELL?! These vegans put their own lives below animals.
They also describe Nazi + Jews with Humans + Animal Killing.
This has completely opened my eyes, VEGANS ARE SCREWED UP. I respect their views but the way they see everything is FUCKED UP.
My thoughts on animals and us:

Something similar to this is my dislike of hunters that hunt deer and such for sport. My belief is that if you hunted the animal then you should use the animal. Sure, keep the antlers for a trophy or whatever but, if your going to kill an animal for anything other than self defense then don't waste it. Hell if you don't like deer meat then sell the meat to someone and they could eat it. Just don't waste it.

I think that's one of the main problems with murder. I mean you're killing a human, why waste the meat? Although you're lowering the overall number of mouths to feed, there are still people starving all over the world.

That's the problem. I've talked about how putting people above animals is wrong, but the same applies in reversed situations. I don't mind seeing animals attacking humans and, in some cases, people beating the shit out of each other. I'm not the type of person that would maliciously kill any living thing. If I had to do it for survival, I would probably hesitate, but if its the only way, morality wouldn't stop me.
Don't get the wrong idea about me, I don't condone animal cruelty. However, there is only so much you can do to stop it and in this specific case, its kind of a delicate topic. If an animal is going to die, I'm not saying that its a free pass to neglect it or that its alright to ignore the abuse. However, the higher priority should be placed on animals in situations where the only death that would come would be a direct result of being abused.

I honestly see nothing wrong with eating another human being. Once someone is a dead it's just flesh and bone. I don't condone murder, but if you eat another human being I won't look down on you for it.
