Reminds me of the time when the power was out for all of St Louis for 2 weeks because of weather. Were talking like, 1.2 million people.
Shit sucked.
And it happened twice in the same year, once in Summer while it was at its hottest and during winter while it was the coldest.

I like power outages. I think it was the one in 2003 when it was during the summer and a bunch of old people died, right at the beginning I was walking around town with my brother and one of our friends, looking for the best places to hit if we started looting.

a year or so ago in seattle we had a very bad wind stomr no power for a week...lol but i stayed at my friends house for that time...he had generators haha

But there's still a limit. You can't get as cold as you want with no power; you can set yourself on fire to get warm.

Apparantly, in the 80's, there was a huge snowstorm that knocked the power out for 2 weeks. The snow went up to telephone poles, and you couldn't get outside unless you had a 2-story house.

Just recently was without power for about 13 hours, that was fun enough since I'm completely reliant on the computer. Several years ago though, before I was an internet junkie, we were without power for nearly two weeks due to a nasty ice storm. Ugh... it was not fun, even though I can barely remember it now.

No, Im implying that the DS sold better than the Gamecube, which it did! The Gamecube was crab compared to the N64, the DS, and even the original Nintendo!!! Those are real gaming material!
