Oniichan, I think its kinda cute when the girls say it.

"Master" for sure. That way, she's completely devoted to, and eager to serve me in whatever way I desire, whereas a little sister has her own motives and agenda, and could potentially someday leave me high-and-dry.

Also, "Master" opens up the opportunity for having a full company of maids milling about the mansion and grounds Hanaukyo Maids-style.
