I measure the first few times for everything I put in and then once I'm comfortable with the recipe or just the tools in general I eyeball it if I don't feel like measuring. 9 times out of 10 it works perfectly. Occasionally you wind up with a bit too little or a bit too much.
Same. But if i'm preparing a special meal i'll measure things out and make sure i don't screw up.
