Meet and Greet Section.

Well, I honestly never post in the meet and greet section because many users don't even stay around. What's the point in greeting them when your message will be in vain? v.v

That and I can't really think of so many ways to say hi so I'll just do the same as everyone else and post the same post over and over again. And I think that's cheating... somehow.

Maybe because you dont actually know the person yet it would be rude not to say something...

Also I think the last time I posted in the M&G section was like months ago... but meh...

I usually comment on the opening post but sometimes it doesn't have much to comment on.

This my opinion when it comes to the Meet&Greet section. Also, I never liked the fact that people could post the same thing over and over and get counted towards their post counts because like you said, Waar, it's unoriginal and cheap. The times that I do post in the M&G section (which is rare), I usually vary my responses (AKA typed out). It reminds me of a PM I got from Raze, saying how he didn't want users to feel penalized for being greeting by taking away post count, but like Haburi-Chan mentioned above, most of those people never participate for long anyways.

I try to make reference to the new user's post, if they have included any information.
