When I read it this morning I was like WTF, I mean he died just like that.
eventhough I admit I couldn't really stand him I was kinda sad at first.
And somehow I always expected him to die in a more slow and painfull way.
(Please don't take some of what I'm saying badly or anything as I do respect him the way he was before starting to become the way he ended)

I liked his music, but people live only so long before their time runs out. And his did recently expire, but shed no tears young mortals, for this is not the end, all who live will sometime die, because without this release called death the fears and insecurities of man would pile upon each other compounding and causing them to beg for and desire nothing but oblivion. So rest well dear Micheal, for you are starting yet another journey. Step forth into the twilight of night, and enjoy your time of slumber, for when you next awake, your life shall be much different. Everyone loves him because he could sing. And now thats his dead we're all supposed to overlook the 20 mil he paid to make a child molestation case "disappear". Sometimes the rich and famous piss me off people seem to act like just because your good at something you can't be a asshole in real life.

But the fact of the matter is, did anyone give a damn about Farrah Fawcett?
There was simple morning-mention, and that was it.

Farrah Fawcett fought Cancer for 3 years.

Farrah's death was saddening as well.
However, MJ is, arguably, the most influential artist in the late 80s. Pop today would not even exist if it wasn't for MJ, guys like JT, Chris Brown, Usher would be working at the gas station instead of sitting at their multi-million dollar house chilling. I'm not saying the three guys are any good, but the fact that MJ revolutionized music cannot be deny.
Most of his most publicized negative stuff is due to his upbringing, he's broken by his own success sort to speak. I'm not saying that it's right, but he deserves some slack in terms of his bad nosejob, his little themepark and stuff like that. Also, he was never convicted of child molestation.
