I read somewhere and since I read an incredible amounts of things on the net I can't remember where; That if you used videora converter you could use a script to implement the sub file while converting the video file. You only need to name both files the same name with different extensions.
However I've had no good results finding this yet. I think it has something to do with AviSynth or something like that.
I know that AlltoAVI does the job it's just It takes twice the amount of time and there is a loss in video quality sometimes as well as a loss in subtitle quality.
So anyone out there who knows what I'm talking about Please reply!
Force encoding of styled subs is supposed to take more time. I do it on a Mac with VisualHub and I know that converting MKV without subs is significantly faster than with subs.
Anyway, ccording to
this, you don't need AVISynth anymore to encode Subs...hmm...
