So what do you think of the new EVA? I liked the colour scheme but its pretty much weirder looking than the other EVA units. It would be interesting to see how this unit will perform in the movie.

It kinda looks like something from Armored Core when you take a quick glance look at it. It's legs are rather intriguing cause of the 4 legs w/wheels.

yup, looks like it was inspired by Armored Core.
But, I really didn't see this coming, at least it doesn't have wings aand wield a katana like EVA unit Beta, piloted by Kaworu Nagisa in the PS2 game. :roll:
But still, it's weird though, I like the pilot way more than the eva. :lol:

I remember in the series they mentioned that the American base was completely destroyed. So from what I see they just added a few tweaks to the damaged EVA % unit.

Considering how odd the design of this one is, I'd almost think that it would be piloted by an Angel.

I think Anno needs to see his shrink (again). Completely deviates from the sci-fi elements of Eva. Maybe for a smaller-scale mecha in Macross or Patlabor, but Evangelion-sized its' impractical and from the waist down it looks completely inorganic.

now that's good news to me. I just hope it's a side story since Eva endings pretty much summed. Nice add up with the girl too, very good at all
