Longest I've gone is a month with fapping, but my girlfriend was there so fapping wasn't necessary, heh.
I'm gonna aim for 3 weeks without before she gets here this winter though. Lasting only three minutes aside, Aya-senpai's right. It's just better.

the longest i went was 6 months. it was because one night, i fapped 8 times in a row, and i mentally could not handle it. so after that, i got this mental block, and had like a phobia of doing it. one time i was almost gonna do it, btu ran out of my bathroom and went in bed. it was the scariest 6 months of my life, no porn, no fap, cuz i was scared out of my mind. but then i got over it, and fapped, and boy that was the BEST session EVER! my toilet was fuller than it was when i got in there. -.- ....dotn judge me!!! :twisted:

Just fapping or every sexual contact?! Just fapping is easy, but no sexual contact is kinda hard. My best with no sexual contact was 32 days. But i can go without fapping for a pretty long time.

I've prolly done about a month without really thinking about it.
I mostly fap when there is something good to fap to, I don't get unresistable urges or whatever some of you have may have and was busy gaming. As I activily pursue good hentai, I guess I usually get to fap about every third day or something- or constantly for days if it is a good eroge.
Also, you could try to not sleep much and eat unhealthy food. Seasonal work from 6:00 clock in the middle of summer only gave me about 4-hours of sleep for a month. Combined with my habbit of eating Ice-cream for dinner, I had no potency and thus no thoughts about fapping.
