Depends on the brothers. My brother and I never talk about sex or anything related to sex, but I know other brothers who talk about who they had sex with, techniques they use, how often they masturbate, etc.

I've gone for 6 months before, but I was younger so it wasn't much of an issue. These days I have a calendar to remind me, so I don't increase my prostate cancer risk.

I think the longest I've gone since I was like 13 was a week, and then I broke down. It was the first time I was in an uh... inpatient mental health care facility. I finally broke down and found a way to get out easy ones now and then in some sort of privacy.
It was fucked up, though; they seperate boys and girls when you are younger, but not well enough that you don't see the girls several times a day. But you aren't supposed to talk to them or look at them.
It's physcological torture, man.
