Customers turned out to be assholes who gave him a hard time for over 30 minutes. I had the awkward moment seal face when I returned and saw what had happened.

Someone stuck into my backyard and tried to steal the radio from my cousin's van while I was taking a nap, but couldn't get it out. They also tried to break into the garage, but the barking of the dog scared them off before I could catch them.

Girlfriend/guitarist (gitfriend?) slipped some super-strong tabasco into my coffee, had a laugh, but it burned like hell.

Someone I served came back while I was in the thick of serving a bunch of customers claiming I underchanged them. Having been under stress and never dealing with this situation before, I simply gave them the change without a second thought. Assistant manager checked the till just to be sure and it turned out she was trying it on and we were 10 quid down.

She did tell me to check receipts in future, but this is why I need proper till training and properly being informed of what to do in certain situations. They know this is my first actual retail gig and I am so past making cockups now.
