Onegai! I need avatar software

Though I think this thread should be in the Computers and Technology discussion section.

I've used xilisoft software, and my current avy was made from that... with dimensions 110 by 109 pixes, so I'm not sure how you can't shrink that. You might have to either unlock size proportions or resize by percentage for all frames.

Possibly my first contentious decision as a mod, but I agree with g-money. I've moved this to the Computers and Technology section since that's where the people that know about this sort of stuff will hang out.
