I wouldn't quite say that, as it's more of a situational problem than normal.

Drowning is the inhalation of water into the lungs, causing suffocation and all complications following it. If we assume that the fountain of eternal life requires a single drink to bestow a permanent effect, and that the liquid must make it into the digestive tract to take effect, then if the person is conscious and able to take a drink before inhaling, he should be able to survive. If he is unconscious, however, he would most likely drown, as swallowing a surrounding liquid does not take priority over breathing. If constant drinking is required, then the person will drown, as they will eventually run out of oxygen, black out, and suffocate when they stop drinking. If contact, or just entering the mouth is enough, then they would survive.

Maybe the water heals upon contact, or maybe it just needs to be inside your body to work. Good luck finding a definite answer.

Nothing was said that it needs to reach the stomach. And besides. Even if you fall unconscious, i'm pretty sure it would take less than a minute for the water to enter both the stomach and the lungs. And since you are now bestowed with eternal life since it has reached your stomach, the water on the lungs will not affect you. Also, why would anyone else bother to call it "The Fountain of Eternal Life" if you have to continuously drink?

Not so. A force does not have to stop to change directions. Unstoppable does not mean that it would continue in one direction. It is even permitted in that situation for the force to slow down. It is only stated as being unstoppable; so the only assumption to be made is that nothing can stop it. Not that it couldn't slow down, speed up, change direction, etc., as long as it did not stop.

I agree with you, but just because the immovable object can't be moved, doesn't mean that the unstoppable force would reflect off of it. Its basic physics. For the IO to reflect the UF it would require enough elasticity to do so. However, the immovable quality of the IO implies rigidity, which would mean that while it couldn't be moved, it could be broken or something could penetrate it. Then again, there's the possibility that the impact of the two would result in something new, the Infinite Explosion.
