I'm also 24 years old (not Asian) and I was 115 pounds for around 6-7 years straight. I've gained 10 pounds in the last month just by going to the gym, drinking
this shit, eating a little bit more than I did before and sleeping more. So my suggestion would be to sign up for gym and work your ass off. Don't forget that you need to lift more weight to gain muscles. If you search around online you'll find some nice guides to safely putting on weight.
Well i have a broken bone or rather a fracture located at the left side of my arm, it hurts the living shit out of me every time i lift something using my left arm, i had a bike accident 5 years ago and i crashed into a car . I can move it around , but it's broken and it can't lift anything that weighs over 5kg (yes five fucking kilograms) using the left part of my arm so i don't think gym is an option for a guy with a broken left arm , any more suggestions though?
