I was under the impression you can get anywhere with a proxy, but now that you mentioned it, this is indeed very bad if people we don't want on Fakku keep popping back after a perma-ban.

Your argument fell apart from the first post, no offense to you man but think, the only use a proxy offer's you is away around an IP Ban. It's not going to help you with an account ban. Other than that wouldn't this belong in IB?

Generally when someone bans an IP they ban the account or delete it outright as well. As well the IP Ban Message would be something like, "Your IP address has been banned from this site." I know this because I've been IP Banned from one place in my lifetime. It was a Christan Version of MySpace and I made an account under the name Lucifer, and claimed that Satan was my God.
